Heavy-duty pallet racking are currently one of the most widely used shelving types, featuring strong versatility and adaptability to various types of goods. The height of the beams can be adjusted according to the size requirements of the goods. These racks are primarily assembled from columns, beams, cross braces, slant supports, and self-locking bolts. The connection between beams and columns typically employs a mechanical locking structure, allowing for easy disassembly and reassembly. The beams are made of specially designed cold-rolled P-shaped closed beams, which are simple, reliable, lightweight, and capable of bearing heavy loads at a low cost. When connecting column clamps to the columns, specially designed safety pins are included to ensure the beams do not detach under external impact. Functional accessories such as partitions, steel (or wooden) shelves, metal mesh layers, storage bin guides, and oil drum racks can be added based on the characteristics of the storage unit or container equipment. Depending on the actual usage conditions—such as pallet load requirements, pallet dimensions, warehouse space, and forklift lifting height—various specifications of heavy-duty beam-type racks are available for customer selection. Heavy-duty beam-type racks are generally made from cold-rolled special-shaped steel. The columns are formed by punching diamond-shaped holes into 80 (90) x 60 (70) Ω-shaped steel, while the beams are connected using 80x50-100x50-120x50-140x50-160x50 welded beam connectors. Pallets are often used instead of shelves for easier forklift handling. With a load capacity ranging from 1 to 5 tons, these racks feature an electrostatically sprayed surface for enhanced waterproofing, rust resistance, and corrosion resistance, along with a high safety factor. The plug-in assembly design eliminates the need for screws or welding, making installation extremely convenient. This maximizes space utilization and provides superior storage capacity.
